*GUARANTEE: If for any reason you are not satisfied when you receive it, you may return your ocarina for a full refund or credit toward another one. I recognize that ordering a musical instrument through the mail is not the same as picking one up, playing it, and then picking the one of your own choosing. Be assured that I will choose and test your ocarinas carefully. The guarantee is just an additional way to ease your concerns, and for me to be fair to my customers.

LEAD TIME: Usually I'll send it out the next day after receiving payment. If I am temporarily out of stock, then I'll let you know how long it will be (at the most, four weeks).
